There is absolutely no cost for registering with Settling-in Services, but you must register to reap the benefits reserved for Settling-in Services clients.

I plan to move in six to eight weeks. Can I change the address and telephone information I register with now? |
|

Absolutely. Once you are registered with Settling-in Services and receive your log in, you can go into the "client login" section and change your information.

Why should I register with Settling-in Services and not just contact the vendors directly? |

Settling-in Services and our listed vendors have an agreement which offers certain benefits to Settling-in Services clients. If you contact the vendors directly, you will not be eligible for the Settling-in Services client benefits.

I am looking for a type of vendor not listed on your website. What should I do? |

Send an e-mail to Customer Service explaining what you are searching for. We are continuously interviewing and screening vendors and may well be working with exactly the type of vendor you need. Please be certain to include your Settling-in Services ID number to ensure proper handling of your inquiry.
